Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the SageBuyr AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Technipresent Inc. ("Technipresent," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of SageBuyr AI. Given that SageBuyr AI is in beta, you acknowledge the service is under active development and may change significantly over time.

SageBuyr AI is an agentic buying intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users ("Buyers") in the Greater Toronto Area identify, research, and find verified suppliers and service providers for home services.

Our research results represent our AI's independent assessment based on available information. They are informational suggestions only — not endorsements, guarantees, or professional advice of any kind.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any provider found through SageBuyr AI. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a provider.

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Canada to use SageBuyr AI. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Use of the service is void where prohibited by law. If you are using SageBuyr AI on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You must create an account to access SageBuyr AI. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth — we do not store your password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at rajan@technipresent.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create more than one account per person or share your account with others.

You agree not to use SageBuyr AI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce research results for commercial resale without permission
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Circumvent any security or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

As a Buyer, you agree to honestly and accurately represent your buying intent and specific home service needs when interacting with SageBuyr AI. All information you provide — including your name, location, and requirements for a research session — must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresenting your intent or providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

If you list services as a Supplier on SageBuyr AI, you warrant that all information in your listing — including your name, service category, contact details, and service tier — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Technipresent reserves the right to verify supplier information and to remove or modify any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inaccurate, at our sole discretion.

SageBuyr AI uses large language models to generate supplier recommendations and research outputs. These outputs are informational only and must not be taken as professional advice, expert opinions, or guarantees.

Specifically:

• AI-generated supplier results are suggestions, not endorsements
• We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, availability, or pricing of any supplier recommended by our AI
• You are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, suitability, and terms of any supplier you choose to engage
• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information

Reliance on any AI-generated content is at your own risk.

SageBuyr AI is in private beta and under active development. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data but cannot guarantee against data loss during the beta period.

All intellectual property rights in SageBuyr AI — including the platform, software, design, and content we create — belong to Technipresent Inc. or our licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to provide and improve the service.

SageBuyr AI may display information about and links to third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, or services of any third party. The appearance of a provider in our results is not an endorsement. Any transaction you enter into with a third-party provider is solely between you and that provider.

SAGEBUYR AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GIVEN ITS BETA STATUS, TECHNIPRESENT INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHNIPRESENT INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SAGEBUYR AI.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is limited to CAD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Technipresent Inc. and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of SageBuyr AI, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time via your profile page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email when material changes are made and will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of SageBuyr AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
